We had a terrific experience with Ottawa Deck & Rail. We had a relatively simple railing we wanted installed. Kyle and Gerrit were super quick to respond and go over our options. We actually had a lot of questions despite the simple railing and they were patient and answered all our questions in detail. The quote for the work was very reasonable and install was able to happen quickly. Eduardo took care of us for the install and that was an excellent experience. No stress at any stage of the process. It was not a big job perhaps, but so well done! For safety and accessibility reasons I needed to install a railing at my front door and a grab bar in the garage. I sent some photos to Ottawa Deck and Rail, got a quick proposal at a reasonable price, which I accepted. The work was done the next week by an excellent and pleasant installer. We contracted Deck and Rail Ottawa to install railings on our front entranceway and out the kitchen back door onto the deck. Kyle provided us with a quote the next day and were ready to do the installation within a week of being contacted. We couldn't be happier with the end results.  The railings look like they have been there since we built the house and not an add on.  The installation crew were professional and cleaned up as they went along with the installation. It was such a pleasure to work with Kyle and his crew. I picked this company to replace railings on deck from old warped cedar railings to aluminum. Kyle was very prompt in providing a reasonable quote and always quick to answer my questions via email. The installation by Alan and his team was very well done! All in all a professional and great company to work with. I will hire again to get some basement hand rails installed in the future.
