We contacted Ottawa Deck and Rail for a stairway that we had built for access down to our lake. We provided Kelly with our drawings and he provided the quote quickly. This was our second time dealing with Kelly and we found him to be friendly and professional, but not at all pushy. When the railings were installed, the crew arrived when expected and worked hard throughout the day. They were friendly, polite and communicated very well with us as they explained issues and made suggestions for possible solutions. Our home builder was also on site that day and advised how impressed he was with the installation crew and with the product.
