Ottawa Deck and Rail is an excellent company.  If you want to discuss a project, Kyle answers and returns phone calls promptly.  He does not rush the conversation, listening patiently and communicating clearly the costs and process.  The speed with which Kyle and his installer, Andrew, set up the work schedule was also impressive.  Quickest response time to a job we've ever had.  Andrew, the installer, was fantastic.  He was polite, and he also consulted with me several times during the installation to ensure he was erecting the railing the way we wanted it.  Andrew took real pride in his work, and he went out of his way to return the next day with an extra item necessitated by a slight change of plans.
